What is CERAZAN?

cerazan® is the proprietary name for water-soluble inorganic resin, organic·inorganic hybrid resin, and water-based urethane resin developed and trademarked by CERAZAN ADVANCED MATERIALS.
This material is used as a binder in paints & coatings manufactured by our company and is supplied to clients as eco-friendly products developed for various applications.

Technology Overview

All are water-soluble resins used as binders for non-combustible and semi-non-combustible eco-friendly paints and coatings, replacing conventional solvent-based paints and coatings, so offer differentiated weather resistance and chemical resistance, helping to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs across various industries under environmental regulations (such as PFAS, VOC, etc.).

As human toxicity in manufacturing or use, they contribute to ESG-based rational management and fulfill social responsibility.

  • SLP (Silicon Ladder Polymer): Inorganic nano-ceramic manufactured by the Sol-Gel method using inorganic oxide and inorganic silane as primary materials, through a low-temperature reaction at atmospheric pressure
  • POSS (Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane): Organic/inorganic hybrid resin combining SLP + organic silane
  • POS-hybrid: POS-hybrid combining POSS+water urethane resin
  • ECOTHAN : Eco-friendly water-dispersed urethane resin without emulsifiers.
